Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for food items once they have left our facility. This policy ensures product safety and quality for all our customers.

We do, however, stand by the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at rasmus@pemmicanproject.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We want you to try our products with confidence. If this is your first time ordering a 5-pack of Pemmican Bars or Carnivore Bites and you’re not completely satisfied, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you in full — no return required. This guarantee applies only to one 5-pack per product per household.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All perishable goods, including pemmican bars, Carnivore Bites, and other food products (except as covered by the above guarantee).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to perishable food products once opened or where seals have been broken after delivery.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
