One bar. 401 calories. 21.8g protein. 34.8g fat. Most people find one bar is enough. Eat it slowly — this food is dense. Satiety usually kicks in 20–40 minutes after eating, so don't judge it on how you feel right after.

How is this different from the Classic Pemmican?
Same recipe. Same three ingredients. The difference is the breed of cow. Wagyu tallow is softer and fattier than standard tallow, so the bar comes out smoother and more buttery. The Classic is bolder and denser. Both are real food.
What does it taste like?
Savoury and rich, like the Classic, but smoother. The fat melts a bit faster on your tongue and the flavour is milder. If you've had the Classic, this is the same food with a softer character. If you haven't tried pemmican before, the Classic is a more direct introduction. But plenty of people start here and don't go back.
Why is it more expensive than the Classic?
Because Wagyu costs more than standard beef. We pay more for the tallow, so the bar costs more. There's no marketing premium. Just a different breed of cow.
Why only the 5-pack?
We make Wagyu Pemmican in small batches. The 5-pack is the only size we stock. If you want larger quantities, the Classic comes in 15- and 30-packs. Or contact us.
Is the texture really different?
Yes. Wagyu tallow has a softer melt point than standard tallow. The bar feels a touch smoother and creamier.
Is it still keto-friendly?
Yes. Zero carbs, zero sugar. Same as the Classic. Perfect for keto, carnivore, low-carb, and elimination diets.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
No. Shelf-stable at room temperature. It may soften slightly in warm conditions because it's full of natural fat, but that doesn't affect quality or safety. The Wagyu version is a touch softer than the Classic to start with. That's the breed.
